Job summary

DCG Poland poszukuje Senior Test Managera / QA Lead do prowadzenia QA w dużych projektach. Pracownik nadzoruje testy funkcjonalne i niefunkcjonalne w kilku zespołach Agile i zapewnia jakość dostarczanych rozwiązań.

Rola koncentruje się na planowaniu testów, raportowaniu KPI, automatyzacji testów i współpracy z interesariuszami na poziomie ART Leadership, Product Management i Release Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku kierownictwa QA lub podobnym.
• Doświadczenie prowadzenia QA dla wielu zespołów w dużych inicjatywach.
• Doświadczenie w sektorze finansowym (Mortgage/Lending/Home Finance) preferowane.
• Silne umiejętności testów funkcjonalnych i niefunkcjonalnych.
• Doświadczenie z testami integracyjnymi, end-to-end i akceptacyjnymi.
• Doświadczenie z automatyzacją testów.
• Dobra znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania testami i raportowania.
• Doskonale umiejętności komunikacyjne i zarządzanie interesariuszami.
• Płynna znajomość angielskiego.

Responsibilities

• Prowadzenie całej działalności QA i testowania w Agile Release Train.
• Planowanie, koordynacja i zarządzanie testami funkcjonalnymi i niefunkcjonalnymi w 4–6 zespołach Scrum.
• Prowadzenie testów integracyjnych i end-to-end w inicjatywie.
• Zapewnienie, że wszystkie typy i poziomy testów są zaplanowane, wykonane, monitorowane i raportowane zgodnie z procesami.
• Definiowanie i ciągłe doskonalenie podejścia testowego, strategii, procesów i narzędzi.
• Koordynacja działań QA zgodnie z planami wydań i wdrożeń.
• Zapewnienie dostępności środowisk testowych i odpowiednich danych testowych.
• Zapewnienie dostępnych dowodów testowych przed wprowadzeniem zmian do produkcji.
• Identyfikowanie ryzyk QA, zależności, przeszkód i wyzwań testowych oraz kierowanie rozwiązaniami.
• Wnoszenie wkładu w oceny gotowości do wydania i raportowanie jakości do decydentów.
• Monitorowanie postępów testów i komunikowanie statusu QA, ryzyk i inicjatyw do kluczowych interesariuszy IT i biznesu.
• Współpraca z ART Leadership, Product Management, Biznesem, Architektami, Release Management i Scrum Teamami w celu dopasowania priorytetów testowania.
• Działanie jako zaufany partner QA dla liderów ART i wspieranie doskonalenia praktyk testowych.
• Wprowadzanie ciągłego usprawniania oraz najlepszych praktyk QA i testowania w ramach inicjatywy.
• Identyfikowanie luk w umiejętnościach testowych i coaching zespołu w celu poprawy capabilities QA.
• Zwiększanie pokrycia testów automatyzacją i KPI związanych z projektowaniem, rozwojem, utrzymaniem i operacjami.
• W razie konieczności eskalowanie ryzyk jakości, zależności i przeszkód.

Stanowisko: Senior Test Manager / QA Lead

Senior Test Manager / QA Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall QA and testing activities within the Agile Release Train
• Plan, coordinate and manage functional and non-functional testing across approximately 4–6 Scrum teams
• Drive integration, system integration and end-to-end testing across the initiative
• Ensure that all required testing types and levels are properly planned, executed, monitored and reported in accordance with internal processes
• Define and continuously improve the overall test approach, strategy, processes and tooling
• Coordinate QA activities in alignment with release and deployment plans
• Ensure availability and readiness of test environments and appropriate test data
• Ensure that sufficient test evidence is available before changes are approved for production
• Identify QA risks, dependencies, impediments and testing challenges and drive appropriate solutions
• Contribute to release readiness assessments and provide relevant quality metrics for release sign-offs
• Monitor testing progress and communicate QA status, risks and improvement initiatives to key IT and business stakeholders
• Work closely with ART Leadership, Product Management, Business, Architects, Release Management and Scrum Teams to align testing priorities
• Act as a trusted QA partner for ART Leadership and support continuous maturity of testing practices within the area
• Drive continuous improvement and introduce QA and testing best practices across the initiative
• Identify testing skill gaps and coach team members to improve QA capabilities and delivery quality
• Increase test automation coverage and related KPIs across design, development, maintenance and operations
• Escalate quality risks, dependencies and impediments when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a QA leadership, Test Manager or similar role
• Proven experience leading QA activities for multiple teams in large and complex initiatives
• Experience within the financial sector, preferably within Mortgage, Lending or Home Finance
• Strong experience with functional and non-functional testing
• Strong experience with system testing, system integration testing, end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing
• Experience with test automation and managing automated testing initiatives
• Experience with test environment and test data management
• Strong knowledge of test management tools and QA reporting
• Experience preparing test dashboards, quality metrics, management reports and presentations
• Proven track record of acting as a key QA/Test Lead throughout the full lifecycle of large projects
• Experience coaching and developing QA teams and improving testing processes
• Understanding of legacy systems and their impact on modern testing environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive approach, strong ownership and ability to drive QA activities independently
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
