ITConnect seeks a seasoned Test Data Management professional to steer data strategies in an agile, international environment. You will design reusable test data assets, implement data masking, and ensure GDPR compliance while delivering reliable data for automated tests.

Key focus areas include building self-service data provisioning, data subsetting, cloning, and integrating TDM with CI/CD pipelines to support multiple teams and E2E testing.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in Test Data Management or Test Automation.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience with mainframe systems and setups.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Experience with data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with test data generation.
• Experience with data masking.
• Experience with data cloning.
• Experience with data subsetting.
• Hands-on implementation of TDM solutions.
• Experience in Agile teams.
• Experience supporting automated testing, integration testing, and E2E testing.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java, or similar.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.

The assignment focuses on executing the test data strategy, building automated solutions, supporting teams daily, and ensuring trustworthy test data is available on demand.
