Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an experienced Test Data Management professional to design, develop and maintain reusable test data assets and provisioning solutions across non-production environments.

You will build self-service access, implement data masking for GDPR, support multiple teams and integrate data generation with CI/CD pipelines in Agile settings. English at B2 level is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Test Data Management or Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with test data provisioning and masking.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reusable test data assets and automated provisioning solutions.
• Build self-service mechanisms for teams to access required test data on demand.
• Create synthetic test datasets including realistic scenarios and edge cases.
• Implement data masking and anonymisation in line with GDPR and security policies.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cloning, subsetting and provisioning across non-production environments.
• Support multiple teams and parallel testing activities with reliable datasets.
• Integrate test data generation and provisioning with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support automated regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Monitor data availability and quality, troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain datasets.
• Maintain documentation covering test data processes, standards and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reusable test data assets and automated test data provisioning solutions
• Build self-service mechanisms enabling teams to access required test data on demand
• Create synthetic test datasets, including business-realistic scenarios, edge cases and negative test cases
• Implement data masking and anonymisation solutions in compliance with GDPR and internal security policies
• Perform test data extraction, transformation, cloning, subsetting, refresh and provisioning across non-production environments
• Support multiple teams and parallel testing activities with reliable and consistent test datasets
• Integrate test data generation and provisioning with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Support automated regression, integration and end-to-end testing
• Monitor test data availability and quality, troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain existing datasets
• Maintain documentation covering test data processes, standards, dependencies and reusable solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Test Data Management, Test Automation or related areas
• Strong hands-on experience with Test Data Management solutions and automated test data provisioning
• Knowledge of mainframe environments and system setups
• Very good knowledge of SQL, relational databases and database concepts
• Experience with data extraction and transformation, test data generation, masking, cloning and subsetting
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java or a similar language
• Experience supporting automated, integration and end-to-end testing
• Good understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
• Experience with test automation and synthetic data generation tools
• Experience working in Agile environments
• English at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software, Delphix or Informatica TDM
• Experience with API testing
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms
• Experience with AI-assisted test data generation
• Experience supporting large-scale E2E customer journey testing
• Previous experience in the financial services or banking sector
