We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that are the backbone of our IT/OT applications. You will be responsible for building robust APIs, managing databases, and ensuring that our serverless architecture is scalable and maintainable. If you have a strong command of backend programming languages and experience with containerization and orchestration, we would love to meet you!

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to meet project requirements
• leading and mentoring a team of 5–6 software engineers from a technical standpoint, providing architectural guidance, code quality oversight, and hands‑on technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle
• 50% hands‑on development + 50% tech leadership (no direct reports – individual contributor leadership only)
• collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high‑performing applications
• identifying and promptly resolving software issues to ensure continuous operation
• participating in thorough code reviews and contributing to refining coding standards for improved efficiency
• staying abreast of the latest methodologies and emerging technologies
• contributing to projects, driving real‑time, data‑centric initiatives forward
• advocating for a culture of process and data quality within development teams
• gathering requirements and assisting in building roadmaps and architectures to support the Product Team's objectives
• ensuring solution quality and proactively addressing technical debt to ensure long‑term sustainability and scalabilityfollowing agile development methodologies.

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• 8+ years of experience with modern data architectures and relevant technologies, desirable strong experience in the GO programming language, or extensive experience in any contemporary programming language is welcomed
• strong problem‑solving skills, particularly in Golang development, enabling you to effectively tackle complex challenges
• decision‑making abilities to balance technical feasibility, business requirements, and resource constraints
• proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, explaining technical concepts and aligning on strategic objectives
• experience with AWS or other public cloud providers
• expertise in data modelling, design patterns, and building highly scalable and secure analytical solutions
• strong experience in Relational Databases
• proven experience in code testing and building high‑quality software
• English C1
• ability to work independently and Commitment to taking ownership of your work.

You Are a Perfect Match If You Also Have

• experience with distributed systems at scale
• experience with Git and CI/CD (Github Actions, Argo CD, etc)
• experience with Infra as Code Tooling, such as Terraform or CloudFormation, for orchestrating AWS components
• technical leadership experience
• preferably experience with containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes)
• strong communication skills.
