Fujitsu Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Technical Services Engineer Expert in Lodz to join our infrastructure team.

You will administer Windows Server environments, provide 2nd/3rd line support per ITIL, manage patching and vulnerability remediation, monitor health and performance, and automate tasks with PowerShell. The role may include on-call standby and shift-based work. You will collaborate with other infra teams to enforce security standards and support new initiatives, with a focus on

Responsibilities

• Administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025)
• Providing 2nd/3rd line support through incident, problem, and request management in line with ITIL methodology
• Managing monthly security patching, vulnerability remediation, and obsolescence management, including proactive improvements and action plans
• Monitoring server health and performance, supporting capacity planning and optimization
• Maintaining existing infrastructure architecture and enforcing appropriate access control and security standards
• Automating administrative tasks and infrastructure processes using PowerShell scripting
• Participating in infrastructure-related projects, including new initiatives and incident remediation activities
• Collaborating closely with other infrastructure teams and resolving tickets from internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in on-call standby duty (24/7) and working in a shift-based support model when required
