Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a Project Manager for Google Cloud Transformation to lead end-to-end delivery within a complex IT programme. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage timelines and dependencies, and report on progress to drive project outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, hands-on Google Cloud experience, and strong communication skills. English fluency is essential for stakeholder interactions and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within complex IT environments.
• Proven hands-on experience as a Project Manager in Google Cloud transformation projects.
• Strong project and delivery management experience within complex IT transformation programmes.
• Very good risk, issue and dependency management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams.
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive decisions and follow-up actions.
• Strong ownership, proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery execution within the assigned workstream
• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources and risks
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure milestones are achieved according to plan
• Identify risks, issues and potential delivery blockers and elevate them when necessary
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive follow-up actions to ensure smooth execution
• Provide clear and structured reporting on progress, risks and dependencies
• Promote strong project management discipline and a delivery-focused culture
• Ensure effective collaboration between teams involved in the wider transformation programme
