• Track progress, unblocking dependencies, identifying, evaluating, mitigating risks and put into motion the solutions.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams in execution, objective key results (OKR) planning, and drive accountability to OKR execution.
• Provide clear communication to the teams and executive stakeholders regarding project status, risks/issues, mitigation plans and escalations.
