Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own cross‑team, end‑to‑end technology programs at scale and deliver measurable business impact across Europe.

You will operate autonomously across multiple teams and domains, translating strategy into execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery translates into outcomes. This is a hands‑on, senior IC role with high ownership and visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology program management.
• 4+ years delivering multi-domain programs with measurable impact.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and SQL.
• Proficient in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex, multi‑team technology programs from planning through launch.
• Build end‑to‑end program plans with goals, milestones, roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries.
• Define scope, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead RAID reviews, readiness checks, and rollout reviews.
• Communicate with engineering, product, design, operations, and leadership.

You willoperateautonomously across multiple teams and domains, connecting strategy to execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery translates into measurable outcomes.

This is a hands‑on, senior individual contributor role with high ownership and visibility.

Whatyouwilldo

• Own and deliver complex, multi‑team technology programs from planning through launch
• Build end‑to‑end program plans: goals, milestones, value slicing, roadmaps, and critical paths
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries proactively
• Translate business and technical goals into clear scope and measurable outcomes
• Define and track program KPIs, ensuring delivery drives business value
• Lead RAID reviews, readiness checks, and rollout reviews
• Drive governance mechanisms such as steering committees and decision reviews
• Communicate clearly with engineering, product, design, operations, and senior leadership
• Mentor Associate TPMs and contribute to team standards and playbooks
• Use AI tooling to automate program management tasks (status reporting, risk monitoring) and coach teams on effective AI adoption

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology program management
• 4+ years delivering complex, multi-domain programs with measurable business impact
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Working knowledge of M365, Atlassian Jira/Confluence
• Basics of SQL/PostgreSQL and at least one programming language
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, security fundamentals (VPN/SSL), and MongoDB
• Strong command of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proven ability to develop and own initiative roadmaps, delivery plans, and risk registers
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using data analysis tools
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Working proficiency in both English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience managing third‑party vendors or consultants
• People leadership or mentoring experience
• Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business, or related field
• PMP, SAFe/Agile, ITIL, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification
