Job summary

Netguru, a trusted partner in digital commerce, is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team. You will manage budgets, scope, and timelines while building long‑term client relationships and guiding cross‑functional design and software delivery.

You’ll lead a project with a business focus, motivate the team, and drive continuous improvement, using Scrum/Agile practices. Netguru offers flextime/flexplace and state‑of‑the‑art equipment to enable your best work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing diverse agile IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like Jira or Pivotal Tracker.
• Experience in presales activities and crafting compelling client offers.
• Ability to understand client needs across business models and propose fitting solutions.
• Technical knowledge enabling smooth communication with developers, designers and QA.
• Excellent command of English (C1+) and Polish (C2).

Responsibilities

• Managing the budget, scope, and timeline and reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Directly working with external clients to build long‑term relationships and manage expectations.
• Coordinating design and software development with the team to ensure project success.
• Motivating, supporting and guiding the project team.
• Creating user stories, MVPs, and lean documentation as needed.
• Identifying improvements and challenging the status quo.
• Handling unpredictable situations and delivering optimal solutions.
