Job summary

Netguru is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team. You’ll lead complex IT projects, coordinate design and software development, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced, change-rich environment.

You’ll work with Scrum and Agile methodologies, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor a project team while ensuring high delivery quality and stakeholders’ satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Have in-depth knowledge and broad experience in managing diverse agile IT projects (at least 5 years).
• Be well-versed in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like Jira or Pivotal Tracker.
• Experience in presales activities and ability to craft compelling offers for clients.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; Polish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget, scope, and timeline; report progress to stakeholders.
• Work directly with external clients, build long-term relationships and align on business goals.
• Coordinate design and software development; own project success with the team.
• Motivate, support, and guide the project team; create lean docs when needed.
• Seek improvements and proactively address risks and changes.
