Job summary

Medtronic Poland is seeking a Technical Consultant – Endoscopy to deliver hands-on clinical and technical support during endoscopic procedures, train physicians, and drive adoption of new technologies across Western Poland (home base in Poznań or Wrocław).

This role partners with the Sales Team, builds strong relationships with clinicians, travels as needed, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations while advancing Medtronic's life-changing technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, medical sciences or related healthcare field.
• Experience working with physicians in a clinical environment (OR/Endoscopy/ICU/Cath Lab).
• Strong interest in medical technology and endoscopy solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English proficiency minimum B2.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.

A Day in the Life

The Technical Consultant – Endoscopy provides expert clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals, driving the safe adoption and effective use of the company's endoscopy solutions. Working closely with the Sales Team, the role focuses on supporting clinical procedures, educating customers, and accelerating technology adoption. The territory covered will be Western Poland, with a preferred place of residence in Poznań or Wrocław.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on clinical and technical support during endoscopic procedures
• Become the clinical expert for the Endoscopy portfolio and deliver product training to physicians and healthcare professionals
• Support the implementation and adoption of new technologies and clinical procedures
• Partner with the Sales Team to promote clinical value and accelerate business growth
• Build strong relationships with physicians and key stakeholders
• Represent the company at congresses, workshops, and customer training events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field
• Experience working with physicians in a clinical environment (Operating Room, Endoscopy Unit, ICU, Cath Lab, or similar)
• Strong interest in medical technology and willingness to become an expert in endoscopy solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Communicative English (minimum B2)
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.
