Job summary

Volue is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to strengthen our ability to deliver customer value. The role is part of the Trading team, distributed across Vienna, Gdańsk, and Munich, and can be based in any location.

You will translate requirements, model processes, and collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to design scalable, future-proof systems while supporting testing and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

3+ years in requirements engineering and business process modeling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and system integration.
Strong ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with APIs and modern SaaS web apps.
Energy sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable solutions.
Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements by analyzing complex business processes.
Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and product owners to design scalable, future-proof systems.
Support testing and quality assurance by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing deliverables.
Drive workshops and stakeholder meetings to align on priorities and clarify technical feasibility.
Monitor implementation progress and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
