Volue, a technology company serving energy and infrastructure clients in Europe, seeks a Senior QA Engineer in Poland to strengthen testing across the Trading Solutions stack. You will work with Product Owner, QA Engineers, UX/UI Designer and Software Engineers to raise quality and release readiness.

You will design test strategies, write test plans, contribute to test automation with Playwright, and help ensure robust QA and release processes in an agile, international environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in software testing and contributing to QA processes.
• Experience using Playwright for automation.
• Basic experience with CI/CD and willingness to grow in DevOps.
• Work with TypeScript, gRPC and REST API.
• Strong communication in English, written and spoken.
• ISTQB certification or similar preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to developing and improving QA strategies and methodologies for the Trading Solutions landscape.
• Define test scenarios and create test plans in collaboration with Product Owner and engineers.
• Contribute to test automation and automated UI, API, and integration testing.
• Record test results and defects with thorough documentation.
• Oversee test planning, design and execution to ensure coverage.
• Contribute to robust QA and release processes.

We are now looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can help us to continuously improve Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission. To achieve this, you will be working together with the Product Owner, QA Engineers, UX/UI Designer and Software Engineers.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Contribute to developing and improving QA strategies and methodologies for the Trading Solutions application landscape, working closely with Senior QA Engineer

• Define test scenarios and create test plans in collaboration with Product Owner, QA Engineers and Software Engineers.

• Contribute to test automation

• Conduct automated testing of user interfaces, APIs and integrations.

• Record test results and defects, ensuring thorough documentation for reporting and auditing purposes.

• Oversee test planning, design and execution activities, ensuring adequate test coverage.

• Contribute to the establishment of robust QA and release processes.

What you need to succeed:

• Several years of experience in software testing and contributing to QA processes.

• Use Playwright for automation

• Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines and willingness to grow in DevOps practices.

• Work with TypeScript, gRPC and REST API.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a agile setup.

• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Preferably ISTQB certification or similar.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is 19-23k monthly (UOP gross/B2B net), in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
