Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior TAM to partner with marquee customers, guiding strategic identity initiatives across Workforce Identity, IAM, and security. You will drive executive relationships, design success plans, and advocate for product direction with engineering and support teams.

The role is hybrid and open to London, Munich, Paris, or Warsaw. Strong English and German skills preferred, with global impact and career-defining opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience; senior-level technical leadership.
• 3+ years as TAM/Technical Consultant/Solution Architect/Product Manager.
• 3+ years with IAM or related security tech.
• BA/BS/ MSc in CS/IT or related discipline; relevant certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build executive-level partnerships with customers and address identity challenges.
• Architect and influence strategic success plans to drive platform adoption.
• Lead complex technical escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver workshops and create assets to enable the TAM organization.
• Mentor peers and contribute to team knowledge.
