Hitachi Digital is seeking a Manager of Identity & Access Management to lead our IAM program and help secure identities across the enterprise. You will manage core platforms such as SSO, MFA, PAM, SASE, CIAM and Active Directory while guiding a global team to maintain uptime and performance.

The role requires expert Okta skills, strong cybersecurity knowledge, and a proven track record managing IAM programs within an international context. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Expert-level understanding of trends in identity and access management.
• 5–7 years of experience in Cybersecurity and 5+ years managing IAM programs.
• Expert technical proficiency with Okta, including design, architecture, and SSO integrations.
• Strong familiarity with PAM, SSO, MFA, Zero Trust, and SASE.

Responsabilités

• The Manager of Identity & Access Management OKTA will support and advise the IAM Director in securing identities across the enterprise.
• Manage the IAM program and ensure uptime and performance of IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, PAM, SASE, CIAM, and AD.
• Lead an international team responsible for uptime and continuous improvement of IAM platforms.
