Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Katowice to join our growing global TA team! This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping our global workforce and fueling our ambitious growth goals. This role fill focus heavily on supporting our Product and Tech recruitment throughout the EMEA region.

This role is available for remote work but we are seeking candidates physcially based in Katowice who would be able to visit and work from our office in Katowice from time to time.

What you will be doing

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the driving force behind our hiring strategy. You’ll:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex roles, including strategic individual contributors and leadership roles
  • Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs and coach on best practices
  • Source top-tier passive candidates using cutting-edge tools and creative strategies
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leadership to align hiring plans with budget and headcount
  • Stay ahead of market trends and provide insights that influence talent strategy

  • Experience driving searches for both technical and non-technial roles
  • Advanced interviewing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A collaborative spirit and a drive to continuously learn and grow
  • Fluent in English
  • Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
