Job summary

UpcoMinds is seeking an experienced System Analyst to contribute to analysis, design and delivery of enterprise software solutions. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, work with stakeholders and guide developers through the full software lifecycle.

The role emphasizes UML modelling, HLA/HLD/TDD documentation, and collaboration with managers, users and engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong English and MS tech expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven professional experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis or Systems Development.
• 4+ enterprise-level projects across the full solution lifecycle in System/Business Analyst roles.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives, user needs and system requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into clear technical specifications.
• Gather and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze existing systems for improvements and opportunities.
• Evaluate technical solutions and provide recommendations.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for upgrades and changes.
• Create and maintain HLA, HLD and TDD documents and UML models.
• Contribute to application and data architecture design.
• Translate requirements into technical designs for developers.
• Participate in prototyping, testing, QA, change management and deployment.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability and quality of solutions.
• Estimate development effort with teams and define standards.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to junior analysts.
