Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage supplier quality activities across prototype and serial production, collaborating with the SQE team on quality planning and assurance.

You will plan inspections, conduct supplier audits, handle supplier complaints, and drive 8D actions to closure while supporting PPAP and documentation updates. Fluent English and automotive quality experience are required.

Profile:

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or a similar quality-focused role.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies such as VDA 6.3, IATF 16949 requirements.
• Knowledge of electronics is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with quality tools including FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, and process audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with suppliers.
• Fluent English.
