Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a purchasing specialist to source components, negotiate supplier agreements, and ensure timely delivery for automotive development projects. The role involves collaboration with global teams and a strong emphasis on cost efficiency.

Fluency in English is required, along with a willingness to travel and adapt to a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). This position offers stability within a global mobility-focused company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good understanding of product development and project management processes.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Source and select suppliers for components, services and tools in line with Quality, Cost, Timing and Risk (QCTR) targets.

• Coordinate prototype development and tooling activities with suppliers.
