Job summary

OPmobility seeks a Senior/Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality activities during prototype and serial production, working closely with the SQE team to ensure robust quality planning and assurance.

You will oversee inspections, supplier audits, and 8D actions, manage supplier complaints, support PPAP, and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement across our global mobility platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3, IATF 16949 requirements is helpful.
• Hands-on use of FMEA, 8D, root-cause analysis and audits.

Profile:

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.


• Experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or a similar quality-focused role.


• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.


• Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies such as VDA 6.3, IATF 16949 requirements.


• Knowledge of electronics is an advantage.


• Hands‑on experience with quality tools including FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, and process audits.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with suppliers.
