Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer in Warsaw, Poland for a hybrid role combining in-office and remote work. You will lead programming deliverables for clinical studies, ensure high-quality outputs, and mentor cross-functional teams within the CVRM Biometrics group.

The role requires strong SAS (or R) programming, knowledge of CDISC, and the ability to manage documentation and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, CS or Life Science.
• Excellent programming in SAS (or R) and SAS macros.
• Knowledge of CDISC and clinical development processes.
• Ability to document work and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming deliverables for studies or small to medium projects.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of programming outputs.
• Develop and enforce coding standards and documentation.
