Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science or life sciences.
• At least 4 years programming experience in industry.
• Proficiency in SAS, R or other programming languages.
• Understanding of clinical data structure (CDISC) and relational databases.
• Knowledge of MS Office, XML and Pinnacle 21.
• Experience with upstream data, eDC and SDTM.
• Ability to deliver outputs for ADaM and data definitions.
• Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.
• Good grasp of statistical terminology and clinical trial design.
• Team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create SAS programs to generate derived analysis datasets for tables, listings, and figures.
• Provide programming support including strategies, standards, specifications and programmed analyses.
• Support electronic submission preparation and review.
• Review planning documents to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements.
• Interact with vendors on standards, conventions and file transfers.
• Lead GBDS deliverables and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify efficiency opportunities with GBDS and vendors.
• Independently lead programming assignments across multiple projects.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
