Job summary

INFOLET SP. Z O.O. in Kraków is seeking a backend engineer to join a hybrid team building internal tools for Future State Architecture across CTO Platforms. You will work on production-grade solutions spanning backend services, APIs, web UI, databases, integrations, and AI agent technologies.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers to translate architecture into scalable solutions, focusing on security, performance, observability, and automated testing in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Node.js and/or Java development experience.
• Very good knowledge of PostgreSQL, including data modelling and query optimisation.
• Understanding of AI agents / agentic application engineering.
• Experience with integration patterns such as APIs, MCP, and tool/function calling.
• Strong understanding of production engineering principles, including security, resilience, performance, observability, and automated testing.
• Experience designing solutions for internal platforms, developer tooling, or similar engineering environments.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools supporting Future State Architecture across CTO Platforms

PROJECT

Join a global engineering environment focused on building internal tools supporting Future State Architecture (FSA) across CTO Platforms.

You will work on production-grade solutions used by architects and engineering teams, combining backend development, web UI, databases, integrations, and AI agent technologies. The role involves building reliable internal platforms and introducing agentic engineering practices to automate software development workflows.

YOU WILL

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools supporting Future State Architecture across CTO Platforms
