Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of enterprise relationships from pre-sales through onboarding and ongoing production usage. You will collaborate with enterprise customers, account managers, product and infrastructure teams to ensure successful deployment, running, and scaling of workloads.

This hands-on role requires solving complex infrastructure problems and taking full ownership of the customer experience, with a focus on cloud, GPU, and AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer / Architect / TAM).
• Experience with cloud, GPU, or AI infrastructure.
• Hands-on Linux, VM, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and NVIDIA GPUs.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise onboarding and initial production workloads.
• Serve as the first technical contact, troubleshooting and coordinating with SRE/engineering when needed.
• Drive technical issues to resolution with internal teams and customers.
