Qualifications

• Education in CS or related field with 5+ years in scalable cloud environments.
• Proven HPC/AI cluster deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure work including driver and CUDA toolkit integration.
• Strong consultation and customer engagement skills with architectural reviews.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and maintain large-scale computational and AI infrastructure including Kubernetes and Linux job schedulers.
• Troubleshoot across full stack from bare metal to container platform, networking, and storage.
• Assess environments and propose production‑ready Kubernetes‑based platforms with enterprise networking and storage.
• Develop and document standard methodologies and runbooks for internal teams and customers.
• Support POCs/POVs to validate new features, architectures, and upgrade approaches.
• Create high‑quality documentation and onboarding materials for customers and teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and guide long‑term infrastructure decisions for customer accounts.
