Job summary

ELEKS is seeking a senior Business Analyst to lead requirements activities for a US-funded HR system project across ministries. You will translate business needs into actionable specifications, manage stakeholders, and ensure data-migration and security considerations are integrated from the outset.

You'll engage with cross-functional teams, perform structured elicitation in restricted environments, and contribute to non-functional requirements engineering while coordinating with a multinational

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements across complex HR processes.
• Experience in data migration planning and legacy systems is required.
• Ability to design secure, compliant specifications for sensitive data handling.

Responsibilities

• Define business needs and drivers.
• Translate needs into effective solutions for stakeholders.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, workshops, analyses, and site visits.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources and decompose high-level details.
• Document and prioritize detailed requirements.
• Identify improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain positive stakeholder relationships and coach BA team.
