Job summary

Seargin is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for Workforce Product to design scalable, secure architectures spanning core HR, payroll, time, rewards, and employee experience, while guiding integration with Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and regional platforms. You will lead security and compliance efforts, drive risk assessments, develop data models, and shape a multi-year technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect with enterprise HR/workforce solutions.
• Strong integration experience with Workday, especially HCM, Core Data, and Security.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and workflow automation in large Workforce environments.
• Experience integrating payroll and time systems like ADP, Ramco, Euhreka.
• Solid knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with System Risk Assessments.
• Experience with API management, integration architecture, event-driven patterns, and identity management.
• Experience with enterprise data governance and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of FAIR data principles across Workforce data.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture data privacy, GDPR, and compliance requirements.
• Lead System Risk Assessments and define non-functional requirements.

• Develop multi-year Workforce technology roadmap and assess emerging tech including AI.
• Provide technical advisory to product teams and reduce technical debt.

Senior Solution Architect for Workforce Product

• Design scalable, secure, resilient architectures across core HR, payroll, time, rewards, employee experience, and external workforce solutions
• Define integration patterns and lead architecture decisions across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, payroll, time, and regional workforce platforms
• Security & Compliance
  • Own architecture aspects of data privacy, security, GDPR, local regulations, and mandatory security and compliance requirements
• Lead System Risk Assessments, define Non-Functional Requirements, security baselines, reliability requirements, and architectural standards
• Create and maintain conceptual and logical data models, integration taxonomies, system interaction diagrams, and enterprise data models
• Establish reference architectures and document key architectural decisions through Architecture Decision Records while maintaining architectural consistency
• Develop the multi-year Workforce technology roadmap, evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, and identify modernization opportunities
• Technical Advisory
  • Guide product teams and technology partners, reduce technical debt, and translate complex technical, security, and risk topics into clear business recommendations

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect working with enterprise-scale HR or Workforce solutions
• Strong architecture and integration experience with Workday, particularly HCM, Core Data, and Security
• ServiceNow HRSD
  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and workflow automation within enterprise Workforce environments
• Payroll & Time Integration
  • Experience integrating payroll and time systems such as ADP, Ramco, Euhreka, or similar platforms
• Security & Privacy
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience with System Risk Assessments or comparable technical security assessments
• Integration & Identity
  • Strong knowledge of API management, integration architecture, event-driven architecture, and identity management
• Data & Stakeholder Management
  • Experience with enterprise data architecture and governance, ability to work across global teams, and strong stakeholder communication skills
• Data Governance & FAIR Principles
  • Knowledge of enterprise data governance and experience applying FAIR data principles across complex Workforce data environments
