Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive product development for complex cloud applications within the Altium 365 R&D team. You’ll work with a stack including .NET Core, AWS, multi-tenant architectures, and distributed high-load systems, tackling challenging engineering problems.

The role emphasizes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and building scalable features for electronics engineers, with a hybrid work model based in Katowice or Wroclaw.

Qualifications

• Proficient with .NET Core/.NET Framework in cloud-based applications.
• Experience with microservices, multi-tenant architectures and distributed systems.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, FireBird, Oracle).
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud services is a plus.

A day in the life of our Senior Software Engineer:

As a Senior Software Engineer, your primary role will be product development for complex cloud applications with the Altium 365 R&D team.

• Work with a tech stack of .NET Core, AWS, multi-tenant architecture, and distributed high-load systems.
• Handle tech challenges different from most others on the market, a mixture of complex engineering software, microelectronics and cloud services
• Add to the team’s expertise through collaboration and sharing knowledge

The working mode is hybrid: 3 days a week from one of our offices (Katowice or Wroclaw).

Qualifications

Required technology experience:

• .NET Core, .NET Framework.
• Microservices.
• CI, CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• MySQL (FireBird, Oracle as a plus).

Will Be a Plus

• AWS, EC2, ECS, RDS, etc. - or Azure/GCP
• Multi-tenant architecture
• Sentry, New Relic for alerts and monitoring
