Job summary

Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk is seeking an Experienced Software Verification Engineer to define verification strategy, design automated tests with Selenium and Python, and ensure code quality across frontend and backend systems.

The role involves collaborating with product owners, UX designers, and QA to deliver high-quality user experiences. You will use Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and participate in continuous process improvements in a hybrid work setting in Gdańsk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the overall verification strategy for the project, including scope, test levels, traceability, entry/exit criteria, and risk-based priorities.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for UI and end-to-end workflows using Selenium and Python.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability across frontend and backend.
• Design and run performance- and reliability-focused verification (smoke tests, load tests).
• Investigate, reproduce, and triage defects with clear reports and logs.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA to deliver high quality experiences.
• Use Git for source control and run CI/CD pipelines; follow branching and MR workflows.
• Work in container-based environments (Docker) and coordinate with OS/DevOps teams.
• Stay current with web standards and platform features; contribute to improvement.
• Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and process improvements.
