SimCorp is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer in Warsaw to join the Technical Enablement team within the Value Stream Management Office. You will build and automate end-to-end tests, drive DevOps practices, and support scalable delivery across value streams.

The role emphasizes C# expertise, Azure tech, and a transformation mindset, with hybrid work options and a competitive base salary. You will collaborate with global teams and contribute to reliable, high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C# with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD & PowerShell scripting.
• Azure networking and related certifications.
• DevOps mindset and belief in test driven development.
• Experience with Azure technologies (Azure DevOps pipelines, Function apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Bicep or Terraform).
• Ability to drive transformation and learn business processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results.

Responsabilités

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the value stream, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Create automated end-to-end tests based on input from business experts and architects.
• Guide business consultants in developing configuration in a DevOps approach.
• Monitor, react to, and debug failing tests.
• First level tech support on infrastructure, tools and processes.
• Manage end-to-end infrastructure.
• Develop tools to support integrated tests.
