Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Gdansk. You will drive feature planning, design sessions, and implement software solutions within a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

You’ll contribute to testing, documentation, and mentoring, translating business needs into technical requirements. You will lead multi-tenant cloud solution design, work in a full-stack delivery team, and help deliver customer-facing features with a focus on RESTful services

Qualifications

7+ years of experience developing modern web applications and/or cloud services.
Mastery of modern JavaScript frameworks and tools such as Node.js, React.js, and Webpack.
Ability to organize large-scale codebases using common JavaScript patterns.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and serverless architecture.
Experience designing and working with continuous integration systems, unit testing, and automated integration testing.
Experience with distributed systems, network security, automation tools, and system analysis.
Extensive experience building RESTful web services and scalable solutions with zero-downtime deployment.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of robust multi-tenant cloud solutions within a delivery team.
Work within a full stack cross-functional delivery team to deliver incremental customer-facing features.
Architecting, designing, developing, and testing as needed within a delivery team.
