Job summary

Box is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Partner Integrations team in Poland. You will build and maintain apps, product integrations, and frameworks for Box's strategic partners, driving medium to large-scale projects with a cross-functional team.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, and external partners across time zones to deliver features and improvements that extend Box's platform into the partner ecosystem. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, PHP, C#, Node.js, React.js, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and testing methodologies.
• Must speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily stand-ups, maintain sprint tasks, and track progress.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to refine requirements and scope.
• Work with engineers and partners across teams and time zones.
• Contribute to code quality, reviews, and on-call activities.
• Represent Box Poland internally and externally.
