Job summary

People More is seeking a Senior Software Engineer proficient in Java, Kotlin, or Node.js for a Kraków-based hybrid role. You will design and implement templates and automation, create practical samples and onboarding materials, and improve self-service onboarding to simplify platform adoption.

You will collect feedback, translate it into improvements, and author platform documentation and examples for each release.

Qualifications

• Ten years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on programming in Java, Kotlin, or Node.js.
• Experience building templates, automation, or developer tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reusable templates and standard development patterns to simplify onboarding and improve consistency across teams.
• Create practical examples for platform adoption and onboarding materials.
• Improve self-service onboarding so teams can adopt the platform without individual support.
• Collect developer feedback and drive improvements through coordination with responsible teams.
• Create and maintain platform documentation, how-to guides, and examples with each feature release.
• Work with product, engineering, architecture, and risk teams to ensure guidance is accurate and compliant.
