Job summary

Solid Kraków is seeking a Kotlin Developer to work on Kotlin/Java based web applications and APIs within a microservice architecture. You will contribute to multiple projects, writing clean code and robust APIs.

You'll collaborate with developers, testers and stakeholders, implement backend and lightweight frontend features, and help deliver frequent releases in an agile CI/CD environment while learning modern IT technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Kotlin (or Java with willingness to learn Kotlin).
• Experience in API development, SQL/databases, HTML/Javascript.
• Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with Agile including Jira/Confluence.
• Understanding of microservices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers and teams to build, run and improve products in production.
• Design, develop, and deliver backend and lightweight frontend features based on backlog and priorities; UI is simple.
• Partner with the engineering team to shape, build, and release new features from idea to production.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to solve problems and respond to feature requests.
• Build APIs and microservices addressing concrete business needs.
• Deliver frequent, reliable releases in an agile CI/CD setup.
