Job description

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve SailPoint and Auth0 identity platforms, workflows, integrations and governance controls.
• Design and build backend services and automation frameworks to extend IAM capabilities.
• Develop AI assisted workflows that interpret Jira tickets and propose reviewable IAM changes.
• Build human in the loop provisioning, role modeling and privileged access management automation.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Buildkite.
• Improve test coverage, code quality and release automation for identity infrastructure.
• Integrate with AWS and enterprise systems via secure scalable APIs.
• Use cloud AI tooling and model context protocols to accelerate secure automation development.
• Partner with Security, IT and Engineering on identity architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years backend software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience in Python.
• Designing APIs, automation frameworks and distributed systems.
• Hands on CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance (GitHub, Buildkite).
• Cloud native development experience, preferably AWS.
• Integrating with third party enterprise platforms via APIs.
• Experience with IAM or IGA platforms such as SailPoint or CIAM platforms such as Auth0.
• Experience with infrastructure as code such as Terraform.
• Improve test coverage and release automation.
• Experience building AI assisted or LLM driven automation systems.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, SOX, ISO or PCI.
