Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on the Growth team to accelerate product growth through rapid experimentation and data-driven decisions. You will build scalable systems, drive automation, and own features from idea to production within a collaborative, AI-native environment.

You will work across Product, Design, Marketing, and Data Science to optimize funnels, personalize experiences, and measure impact with robust analytics and A/B testing.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of frontend or full-stack development.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and REST APIs.
• Familiar with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA) and A/B testing platforms.
• Strong UX sense and growth-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth-focused engineering strategies and experiments.
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, data science, and engineering.
• Architect scalable systems to support onboarding and viral loops.
• Implement A/B testing and data instrumentation.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and code quality.
• Maintain code quality, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and align with leadership.
• Operate effectively in a large global team and seek continuous feedback.
• Own shipped features and uphold performance, security, and scalability.
