Altimi is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a project on embedded audio systems and advanced speech processing. You will deeply integrate audio solutions and SDKs into OEM builds, collaborating with cross-functional teams and hardware vendors.

The role offers flexibility to work fully remotely, from the Wroclaw office, or in a hybrid setup, with occasional travel (3–5 days) at the project start. Strong expertise in C/C++ and Java/Kotlin is required.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive system-level experience with AOSP.
• Strong knowledge of the Android audio stack: Audio HAL, AudioFlinger, AudioPolicy.
• Experience with SELinux, Treble, and CTS/VTS testing.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Java/Kotlin.
• Experience integrating with DSP/NPU.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (3–5 days).

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Android AOSP engineer to join a project for an EU-based company in embedded audio systems and advanced speech processing. The work involves deep integration of audio solutions and SDKs into OEM builds.
Occasional business trips of 3–5 days may be required, especially at the start of the project.

Responsibilities

• Integrating and developing audio components in AOSP (Audio HAL, AudioFlinger, AudioPolicy)
• Working with AudioReach/DSP and integrating solutions that use NPU/DSP
