Altimi is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer, Android AOSP (Audio), to join a project for an EU-based embedded audio system company. You will integrate audio components into OEM builds and work across the Android audio stack.

The role offers flexibility to work fully remote, from Wroclaw, or in a hybrid setup with occasional business trips of 3–5 days at the start. Travel is limited and focused on coordination with hardware vendors and project teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive system-level experience with AOSP.
• Strong knowledge of Android audio stack (Audio HAL, AudioFlinger, AudioPolicy).
• Experience with SELinux, Treble, CTS/VTS testing.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Java/Kotlin.
• Experience integrating with DSP/NPU.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (3–5 days).

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Android AOSP engineer to join a project for an EU-based company in embedded audio systems and advanced speech processing. The work involves deep integration of audio solutions and SDKs into OEM builds.
Occasional business trips of 3–5 days may be required, especially at the start of the project.
