Job summary

Intellistack in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Formstack-inspired platform team. You’ll develop across frontend and backend, own features end-to-end, and help scale our no-code productivity tools for global customers.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment, collaborate with platform, product, and support teams, and leverage AI-assisted development to boost speed and quality while maintaining robust production systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering for SaaS products.
• Strong full-stack development with modern web technologies.
• Experience across multiple products or large distributed applications.
• Knowledge of GitHub workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Maintenance of dependencies, framework upgrades, and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshooting complex production issues across distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-quality software across multiple Formstack applications.
• Contribute across frontend and backend codebases with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Design and implement improvements for reliability, security, maintainability, and velocity.
• Own and improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Maintain and modernize dependencies and runtime environments for security and performance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues spanning multiple products.
• Partner with Platform Engineering, Product, and Customer Support for reliable customer experiences.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to boost productivity and quality.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for production support.
