Qualifications

• 5+ years building backend systems in production with depth in distributed systems.
• Experience with durable execution or workflow orchestration tools.
• Strong command of concurrency, queuing, retries, and fault tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution engine that runs every agent on the platform.
• Build checkpointing, resumption, and recovery for long-running work.
• Decide how work is scheduled and moved from synchronous to asynchronous.
