Job summary

Intellistack is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Formstack team and help design, build, and run the platform across multiple applications. You will contribute on both frontend and backend, improve deployment pipelines, and collaborate with platform engineering, product, and support teams to deliver secure, scalable experiences.

You will mentor peers, participate in architecture reviews, and champion AI-assisted development to boost productivity and velocity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering in SaaS.
• Strong full-stack proficiency with modern web technologies.
• Experience across multiple products or large distributed apps.
• Familiar with GitHub workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications on AWS.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-quality software across Formstack apps.
• Contribute across frontend and backend codebases.
• Improve reliability, security, maintainability, and velocity.
• Own and improve development workflows and CI/CD.
• Maintain dependencies and runtime environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues.
• Partner with Platform Engineering, Product, and Support.
• Attend architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools.
• Participate in rotating on-call for production support.
