Mobility Global is seeking developers to build web applications for a high-impact US-market product. You will contribute to cloud-based microservices, emphasizing IaC and a strong test-driven approach.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, PMs, and product owners across Poland and the US, mentoring juniors and setting coding standards to raise team performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java or another JVM language (Kotlin or Groovy).
• 3+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React/AngularJS/Vue.js.
• Experience using the Spring Framework to design RESTful web or microservices.
• Experience building applications on AWS or similar cloud infra; familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform/CDK).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to debug complex systems.
• Excellent collaboration in agile teams.
• Proficiency in English for effective cross-border communication.

What You’ll Do

• Develop web applications for a high-impact product in the US market, working with a supportive team and mentors to gain expertise across various areas.


• Contribute to building new capabilities for cloud API-based products and microservices, with a focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC).


• Integrate multiple backend, cloud-based internal services to deliver an outstanding customer experience.


• Utilize test-driven development, paired programming, and continuous integration methods within an agile environment.


• Collaborate closely with colleagues, including developers, project managers, and product owners in both Poland and the US.


• Lead and mentor junior developers, establishing coding standards and coaching them to enhance their skills and performance.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java or another JVM language such as Kotlin or Groovy.




• 3+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.




• Experience working with React (our framework of choice), AngularJS, or Vue.js.




• Experience in using the Spring Framework (or similar frameworks) to design and implement RESTful web or microservices.




• Experience building applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud infrastructure, with familiarity in IaC tools such as Terraform or CDK.




• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to debug complex systems.




• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in agile teams.




• Strong understanding of good engineering practices, including clean code, clean architecture, and comprehensive testing techniques.




• Proficiency in English for effective communication across international teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in DevOps activities, including CI/CD, GitLab, and Docker.


• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB.


• Experience writing APIs that adhere to the RESTful and GraphQL standard.


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
