Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Senior Software Developer (Python/Java) to join aSecurity & AI project. The role combines building a Python-based processing pipeline and a Java Spring Boot backend, with AI/LLM integrations in an international setting.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure services for an Automated Security Retest Engine, while collaborating with security experts and product stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of professional experience in Python and/or Java development.
• Experience building and maintaining backend applications.
• Experience creating and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot for Java development.
• Proficiency in developing modular, maintainable codebases.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Good communication and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Senior Software Developer (Python/Java) - Security & AI/LLM

Salary: 1000-1300 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa(3 days per week from the office)

Project

Join a team developing the Automated Security Retest Engine, an innovative platform designed to automate the analysis of security assessment reports and verify remediation activities. The solution helps streamline the security retesting process by combining software engineering, security automation, and AI-assisted workflows.

As a Developer, you will contribute to the ongoing development of both the Python-based processing pipeline and the Java Spring Boot application that provides the user interface. You will work closely with security specialists and product stakeholders to build scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.

Responsibilities you'll have
