You will develop editorial calendars, collaborate with designers and video editors, drive B2B outreach, engage communities, and translate data into content optimizations while coordinating with remote teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional social media management experience with a proven track record of growing engaged audiences and running cohesive brand campaigns.
• Deep platform expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, with an up-to-date understanding of platform algorithms and distribution best practices.
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts and business offerings into punchy, compelling social copy.
• Hands‑on proficiency with social scheduling, analytics, and listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) alongside basic creative tools (Canva, CapCut).
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on data‑driven experimentation, audience segmentation, and brand voice consistency.
• Strong organizational, time‑tracking, and project management skills; ability to oversee multiple client brand handles simultaneously, meet tight publication deadlines, and coordinate effectively with remote teams.
