Optiveum is seeking an experienced Senior Snowflake Analyst to join a global client project. You will eliciting requirements, documenting data flows, and bridging business needs with IT solutions.

You will extract and model data from diverse sources, map data schemas, and contribute to solution design while working in a hybrid environment with 60% in-office presence. Proactive learning and strong English communications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT to ensure alignment.
• Extract, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from diverse sources to support requirements and solution design.
• Create data mappings and perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be solutions.
• Analyze IT solution designs and document data flows and targeted solutions.
• Produce key artifacts: documented requirements with acceptance criteria, described to-be IT solutions, and detailed solution design documents.
• Participate in team ceremonies, manage stakeholders, and seek proactive solutions.
• Share achievements and challenges openly and drive personal and team improvement.
