Job summary

Optiveum is seeking an experienced Senior Snowflake Analyst to join the team of our global client. You will detail IT solution requirements and collaborate with architects and business counterparts to deliver high-value data solutions, acting as a bridge between business domains and IT systems.

This hybrid role in Poland offers a competitive hourly rate up to 135 PLN and a B2B contract directly with Optiveum.

Qualifications

• Senior-level IT/Data Analysis experience.
• Hands-on Snowflake expertise.
• Data analysis, solution design and data mapping skills.
• Advanced English proficiency for an international environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Eliciting, validating, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Acting as a bridge between business and IT to ensure full alignment and transparency.
• Extracting, analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting data from various sources to support requirements analysis and solution design.
• Creating data mappings and performing gap analysis between "as-is" and "to-be" solutions.
• Analyzing and contributing to IT solution designs, including documenting data flows and describing the targeted IT solutions.
• Creating key artifacts: Documented Solution Requirements (with acceptance criteria), described "to-be" IT solutions, and detailed Solution Design documents.
• Actively participating in team ceremonies, managing stakeholders, and seeking solutions proactively.
• Sharing achievements and challenges openly, while continuously striving for personal and team improvement.
