Job summary

Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned CCM Architect to lead communication modernization for Insurance and Financial Services clients. This remote role requires 15+ years in CCM, and deep expertise in SmartCOMM and SmartIQ with US/Canada-based travel readiness.

You will own end-to-end solutions, drive architecture, API integrations, and governance, while guiding client engagements and proposal support.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT/architecture experience focused on CCM solutions.
• Deep expertise in SmartCOMM and SmartIQ (template design, workflows, cloud deployments).
• Strong background in consulting, solution architecture, and large-scale CCM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end SmartCOMM and SmartIQ solutions, driving scalable and compliant platforms.
• Lead consultative engagements, aligning CCM strategies with client goals.
• Own full lifecycle: solution development, integration, migration, upgrade, deployment, and optimization.
• Design API-driven integrations with core systems (Policy Admin, CRM, Payments, Document Management).
• Define governance, quality, and reusability standards for content and workflows.
