You will work with Guidewire xCenters to deliver omni-channel communications and connect PostScript outputs across multiple P&C lines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SmartCOMM templates and authoring.
• Experience configuring omni-channel communications in insurance workflows.
• Familiarity with Guidewire xCenters (Policy, Claim, Billing) integration.
• Knowledge of insurance data models, especially P&C lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain SmartCOMM templates.
• Integrate forms and communications with Guidewire xCenters (Policy, Claim, Billing).
• Configure PostScript outputs and manage omni-channel settings.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand insurance workflows and requirements.
• Support P&C insurance lines (Personal Auto, Home, Umbrella, BOP, Workers’ Comp, Commercial Auto, General Liability).
