Job summary

Seargin, a dynamic multinational tech company, seeks a Site Reliability Engineer/DevSecOps to join our remote team from Poland. You will shape reliability across our multi-cloud provisioning platform and drive automated pipelines.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering or DevOps, strong AWS and Kubernetes, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. You will lead incident response and embed security throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Infrastructure.
3+ years AWS cloud architecture and troubleshooting.
3+ years Kubernetes production experience.
Ability to operate autonomously and make architectural decisions.
Strong communication to align with Technical Leads and cross-functional teams.
Proactive attitude toward identifying bottlenecks and improvements.

Responsibilities

Architect and drive reliability, scalability, and performance of our multi-cloud provisioning platform.
Define and implement end-to-end automation pipelines to reduce manual toil.
Monitor SLIs/SLOs and make data-driven architectural recommendations.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed reliability and security in the SDLC.
Own incident response: detection, triage, RCA, and long-term fixes.
Simplify complex systems by removing bottlenecks and single points of failure.
