Job summary

METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking an experienced Site QA/QC Manager for the Power Technologies division, based in Turek, Poland. You will lead implementation of project quality standards at site, overseeing civil, mechanical and electrical QC activities and inspections with subcontractors and third parties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in QA/QC for major industrial projects (power plants, oil & gas).
• University degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Familiar with construction codes, standards and regulations for related sectors.
• Experience with ISO 9001 QMS and project quality processes.
• Proficient in English; able to communicate across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and implement project quality standards at site.
• Monitor QC activities across civil, mechanical and electrical works.
• Review project specifications against quality requirements.
• Manage and review test reports and subcontractor documentation.
• Coordinate inspections and third-party inspections on site.
• Report non-conformities to Site Manager and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare erection ITPs and QA/QC documentation.
• Train site personnel on quality issues.
• Issue QA/QC daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Foster project quality culture and liaise with client.
